staff is friendly especially housekeeping and security, NOVEN was the one who clean my room after the second day i stay there he know what stuff i want without asking me 😂 and to the security i don't know his name he willing to lend his helmet for us..so thank you so much, will definitely come back to stay here🤩

I had a suite, after a week in the remote villages and nature hiking im middle Java, I welcomed the comfort of a suite, a good shower, very comfortable bed and space. The food was good, the view of the terrace was unbeatable. The people working there were very friendly and helpfull.

The staff really help in solving our problems

Friendly staff, good price, wee bit far from main areas, but staff quite happy to phone taxis, thanks to Miss Nureal. Probably about 15 mins in taxi around 20,000 rupiah to Tunjungan Plaza, so not too bad. Rooms a decent enough size, So all in all not too bad.

Excellent place to stay at, big, clean, and spacious rooms, quick and easy check-in, free luggage storage, will definetely stay again if ill visit surabaya in the future
